We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Plumber / Team Leader to join our growing team at Alfa Plumbing Gas Services.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified plumber who is confident working independently, leading a team, and delivering high-quality workmanship across residential and commercial jobs.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Plumber / Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and supervise a small team of plumbers and apprentices
• Carry out general plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service
• Manage job sites, materials, and time effectively
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures
